The process

  • • Select your ideal date, time, and meeting preference.

    • Upon appointment confirmation, please complete the client intake questionnaire and submit your answers.

    • The client intake questionnaire will provide us with a better scope of your brand, goals, and current marketing and social media tactics.

  • • During your consultation, we will discuss your brand and goals more in-depth, as well as the client intake questionnaire answers, timeline, and budget.

    • It is important that your brand goals and our services are a perfect match! We will thoroughly explain how we can specifically transform YOUR brand.

    • The brainstorming will begin. We will discuss several ideas, processes, and strategies that may be useful to your brand’s digital presence.

  • • Within 7 business days, you will receive an outline of our goals, short-term and long-term recommendations, and structured plan of execution for your brand.

  • • Select your ideal date, time, and meeting preference.

  • • We will discuss the proposed outline and plan of execution for your brand, and alter any goals, services, and/or tactics that may need reviewing.

    • If significant changes are required, we will schedule an additional appointment to discuss the newest proposal.

    • During your contract discussion, we will review our contract terms, important dates and timelines, as well as payment structure.

  • • A final copy of our outline and plan of execution will be sent to you.

    • Once signed, we will begin transforming your brand!

Please consider that The Social Butterfly Sandusky, LLC is a remote business. We do not have an office or storefront.

We are more than happy to visit your place of business, or a local coffee shop, for any appointment.

If you are not local, or prefer a video meeting, we will gladly accommodate via Zoom. When booking your appointment, please enter “Zoom” in the “street address” box. The form will still require that you list your city, state, and zip code. Shortly after submission, please expect an email invitation to confirm your video appointment.
